My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths would be that I am a good motivator and I will encourage the children further in their work because I know that they are capable of anything. I am also very patient and good at listening. These strengths come in handy when working with children. My weaknesses would be disciplining. I am currently learning about this at my childcare placment at the moment, so I need to learn how to be firm and communicate my idea across to the children if they are resisting in doing their work. I am working on that at the moment.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing is for a tutor to understand the student and listen to them. They need to accomodate to what the student thinks they need work on, but a tutor should also offer suggestions as well as motivate their student, encouraging them and helping them to be the best they can be.
