What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring is so rewarding to be as I am able to share my passion with others and watch their knowledge and understanding grow, and hopefully help them find their passion. I have such a huge love for English, legal studies and ancient history and I hope that by tutoring others in this subject my love for these subjects will grow as well as there's.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I personally have Dyslexia and I believe this helps me to be a better tutor as I understand people learn in a variety of different ways.I was also tutored from 2010-2018 and I believe that this first hand experience has allowed me to pick up a few tips and tricks of the trade as well as my personal opinions and experiences as to what works best. I am a unique candidate as I have had many personal experiences in which allow me to fulfil the role of a tutor to the best of my ability with a very adaptable style and a determined attitude. I will always put my students first.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The utterly most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to listen and understand. To listen to them talk about where they need the extra help and why the believe they do not get the certain material, and to understand how they best learn. I believe that tutoring is beneficial to both parties as I am able to teach my students as well as them teach me, we can grow and expand our knowledge together. The most important thing a tutor can do for their student is to be there and to help all that they can.
