What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Being able to make sure that the students understand my interpretations of the topic gives a sense of accomplishment and raw understanding of the topic. Ensuring that the theory sticks with the student and will use my approaches that I have taught them to tackle problems makes me feel somewhat responsible for their career and future. I would like to help those who seek for support and understanding and will give my fullest attention to those in need.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strength as a tutor is how I am able to tackle problems at different perspectives such that students will truly understand what the problem is asking as well as what possible solutions can be used to solve it. Understanding the theory is one component of tutoring, but being able to communicate the idea across such that the student can understand is the biggest factor in the learning experience. Through my experiences and understanding I am able to communicate this idea and ensure that the students will not struggle or feel pressured.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to ensure a healthy working environment in which the student feels supported and not stressed out about asking stupid questions. A tutor should know that there are no stupid questions and everyone learns at a different pace. The tutor must allow the student to be comfortable such that all questions are asked an there will be no confusion. The tutor must not give up on the student as well and ensure that throughout the whole session the attention is on the student.
