What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love the personal interaction in tutoring. In my opinion, classes in schools can be very ineffective because some people get attention from teachers more or less from the others. Studying in small groups or individually with a tutor can provide chances for people getting attention equally. More importantly, tutoring does not necessarily have a strict hierarchy like in schools. This condition boosts confidence and interaction between the learner and teacher, which increases the effectiveness of a study session.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I help my students to produce the fruit of their labour on their own. I encourage my students to tackle their problems in their unique way and by themselves. I provide them with the method to identify which knowledge, information and process are proper tools for solving a problem. I also encourage them not to give up and control their emotions and mentality whenever they meet challenges.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The ultimate goal for a tutor is to help their students grow and provide them with essential skills to their academic. Most importantly, the tutor has to do this in the attitude of a friend who genuinely wishes their student the best because they need to trust the tutor and know that they are there whenever they need them.
