What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love being able to explain a concept to a student and have them understand it. I enjoy making a student feel more confident in their capabilities. Rather than second guessing themselves, they are sure of their answer and why and how they got there. I love tutoring because of the improvement that I see in the student over time and the improvement they see in themselves.

I am passionate about the work I do with each individual student. I am an approachable friendly person by nature and believe that this is important so that students feel comfortable to ask questions about what they are struggling with.

I believe that the most important thing a tutor can do is adapt to each individual student's learning style to create a comprehensive explanation to a subject that they struggle with. Without appreciating each students way of learning, it becomes very difficult to help them in a way that they will understand and learn the best from. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is help them feel confident in their knowledge through practice and explanation in a clear, concise, and understandable way.
