My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths is that i am patient and that i understand the concepts of the course very well. My personal experience when doing my HSC also serve as a strength as having been through that experience i understand the strategies and habits that are required to succeed. My weakness as a tutor would be expecting too much from a student. As a student myself i expect myself to fully understand a concept in a subject, i think my weakness would be expecting a student to live up to my expectations. So i believe i should tutor students at their pace to elminate this weakness.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is guide them. What i mean by guiding them is correcting simple mistakes so that they would learn from them and remember not to make the same mistake again. I found that by making a mistake it was a lot easier to remember the correct method after being helped by my teacher. Simlarly promoting good but smart study habits so that students will be able to actively recall the concepts from earlier chapter, as most exams tend to link certain topics together. Finally exam strategies, a tutor should instill methods to tackle exams aswell.
