What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy sharing my knowledge, and providing students someone they can look up to and relate, being in their situation only a few years ago. I believe one of the most important qualities in a tutor is being able to relate to the students, rather than being the smartest person in the room, and being in their situation (or similar) a couple years ago, I feel I can be that person for them.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Over the years as a tutor, I've learned to become patient with students, and teaching in an environment with minimal academic pressure. Although competition is healthy, students need to work together to achieve their maximum potentials. One of strengths is encouraging such behaviour, but also encouraging the individual student to strive for academic excellence.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

As previously mentioned, one of the most important things a tutor can provide for a student is that sense of relatability - creating a relationship based on mutual respect and rapport, as opposed to a barrier between the teacher and student. This is the most effective way to communicate any information across I believe in any medium whether it be in the healthcare setting, education, business enterprise etc.
