What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The aspect that I enjoy the most about tutoring is observing the progress of the student, tailoring the lesson content/outcome of such lessons, and watching those students succeed. There are several important things to consider for the best outcome of a student. Firstly, it is the understanding of what the goal is for the student so a plan can be created to maximise results. Secondly, building a strong rapport with the student is fundamentally important as this allows more possibility for a successful lesson. Thirdly, a tutor/teacher needs to be communicative with all parties involved to assess progress and to amend student lesson plans as needed.
