What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love to tutor students because I wanted to help students develop confidence and enjoyment in learning Math, my favourite subject. For me, tutoring is a rewarding job because learning is reciprocal between you and the student. Not only you would pass your learnings to the student but also as a tutor I would be able to learn fresh ideas and insights from my students. Most importantly, creating a life-long friendship with your student would be the most rewarding as a tutor.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I would say the greatest attribute that I possess as a tutor is I am able to listen to them either be topics about their lessons and sharing their daily lives. Through listening to them, I offer them support and I make sure that they are comfortable speaking to me about their worries and concerns. Also, I am enthusiastic when I teach. I enjoy Math and I wanted that excitement to show to my students when I teach so that they too would be excited to learn. Lastly, I am very patient when it comes to teaching.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I consider not only to boost the student's academic performance but also developing self-confidence of the student are the most essential things a tutor can do for a student. Specifically, a tutor would be able to personalize the concepts and lessons by connecting them with real-life experiences. Moreover, a tutor is likened to be as additional support to the student not only helping them achieve better marks but also developing enjoyment for the subject.
