The satisfaction once the student understands how to solve the complex problem after showing it to them and then continuing to solve other problems like them all because they learnt it once. I believe my strengths are having patience with the students even though they can't understand after explaining it more than once because I know there are different levels of understanding students have and it's my job to help them.
