What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy tutoring because of the opportunity it gives me to see the students grow as they understand and apply the knowledge that they learn. It also helps me see their self-confidence increase as they recognize their capabilities and their ability to problem-solve and improve their ways of learning. Also, seeing the students' success, it helps me gain confidence in my knowledge and in my communication skills. I enjoy seeing myself grow as my knowledge in a subject or concept expands.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, I have an enthusiasm for teaching with the desire to help students progress. I am good at communicating, which allows me to create interpersonal relationships with others and helps me explain difficult things in a simpler way. I can solve conflicts with high emotional intelligence with patience and tolerance. This ability has helped me build stronger relationships with students.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I consider understanding and patience the most important things a tutor can do. Every student has different weaknesses and strengths and has different circumstances and learning abilities. By showing understanding and being patient, I believe it creates trust and reliability, allowing the student to open up more, and being confident in asking questions and making mistakes. By being patient, it allows the students to feel more comfortable in the environment and can feel ease knowing that there are no expectations. A tutor should always prioritize the need of the student.
