A tutor plays a very important role in the development of a student. The student is more informal and feels free to express his/her concerns, rather than at school. As it is a one to one interaction, a tutor has to focus completely and also expect the student to give 100%. Every student is different with their intelligence, maturity and attitude. The tutor has to understand these traits of the student and devise his teaching methodology in that manner.
