What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Getting to know new people and all the different ways that they study and learn. I find it interesting that everyone learns differently and I love seeing all the different ways that people do it. Also, knowing that I can help people achieve their best, and gain a better understanding of a topic is the most rewarding feeling ever. Every student has a great amount of potential and seeing them utilise that to achieve their academic best is very fulfilling. I can identify the student's needs and teach them in a way that will allow them to understand the topic thoroughly. I can also present the concepts to them in a few different ways so that they can have an even better understanding of the topic. Having gone through some tough times I understand that it can be hard at times to focus on school work, so if at any time studying becomes too much, I can always approach it in a way that will help motivate the student and lift off some of the weight on their shoulders.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Provide the student with a safe learning space and supporting the student in their learning. If a student feels intimidated and uncomfortable to ask questions and clarify any information, they will not learn as effectively. Every student has different needs, so it's important to identify how the student learns and teach them in a way that will allow them to understand the content.
