Key aspect of my teaching experience is that I have seen/taught so many students who hated maths before but now maths is their favorite subject and they are doing really well after I helped them in maths. My aim while teaching is to make students understand how a problem works, rather than simply trying to find a correct answer. With this approach, I try to focus on overall understanding of the problem, break down the problem into individual parts, and encourage students to think through and then solve the problem.
