What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

1) Tutoring feels good. In other words, helping other people learn & grow makes me feel good inside. 2) Tutoring forces me to think through the basics of the subject matter, which makes me better at doing that thing. 3) Tutoring helps makes me a better communicator. 4) Tutoring makes me feel more confident. Since you're able to help someone else, apparently you're good at it. 5) It can be fun to share your knowledge. 6) It can get good insights & fresh ideas from the students you are tutoring.

My strengths are 1)I am personable and genuinely interested in the student's understanding. 2)I have in-depth knowledge of maths subject. 3)I am not afraid to acknowledge when he/she does not know something (..but knows and shares good websites, apps or resources). 4)Establish a lifetime relationship with his/her students ( including the students' friends and family). 5)I am reliable, punctual and professional (of great moral character). keeps track and follows up with his student's progress.

Student's success is a tutor's number one priority. 1) Set high expectations for the student, achievable tasks not impossible. Motivate them to achieve their goals. 2) Establish a classroom routine. Set certain rules to follow while studying. 3) Continually grow in the profession. Improve tutoring, ask for feedback from students. 4) Since every student is different. Vary the teaching style. Check for the strengths and weaknesses of the students and work accordingly. 5) Help the student even after the tutoring time via message or call if there is an emergency or during exams.
