What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The fact that i can transmit my knowledge to someone but also deliver the knowledge in such a way which is best suited for the latter; hereby making the most out of the tutoring session. Tutoring also allows to better take notice of the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and adjust the method of delivery, accordingly.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have excellent communication skills which allow me to understand and better relate to the problems that the student is facing. I am able to cater for a different delivery of my content, based on the methods which work best for each student. I have excellent knowledge of the subject. Throughout my tutoring sessions, i indirectly start preparing students to better self analyse, self assess and self correct.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor has the ability to aid a student and supplement the learning from school, with some additional knowledge which will be valuable. Tutoring sessions, also allow for students to catch up on things that they did not understand properly in class. With more individual attention to the student, a tutor can instill more confidence in the student with regards to the subject and can lead to a change of heart, whereby the student starts liking a subject that they did not initially feel at ease with. As a whole, a tutor can aid and assist students in a much more individualized learning process.
