I am patient and am a very fast learner. I can grasp new concepts very quickly and know that there are a number of different routes to the same answer. Listen and teach. I think it is so important for students to be listened to and helped accordingly. They must be given the space to work through problems they are facing themselves so that they can believe in their own abilities and increase their own self-efficacy. It is vital that the student can not only regurgitate an answer or process but they must fully understand that concept and the only way a tutor can know if the student has done so is to have the student talk through their reasoning and for the tutor to be actively engaged and listening.Testimonials 🏆
