What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I get the opportunity to use the knowledge I have gained previously to help a student who if struggling excel. Also, while studying I have had tutors assist me along the way, so I would value the opportunity to do the same for another student.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My biggest strength is the ability to break down big complex ideas into smaller manageable pieces. Firstly, this allows the students to digest ideas which previously may have been to too difficult to understand. Secondly, when the concept is broken down, students can clearly see the individual facets of a topic and this makes them have a greater appreciation for what they are learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In my opinion, two things should be expected from a tutor. The first is fairly obvious, and that is good quality teaching. Without this, a student would gain very little from their time with the tutor. The other being, time and effort. I personally believe this is as important as the first because a driven and motivated tutor would not only teach, but also guide the student during difficult phases of their studies. Furthermore, a committed tutor can positively influence a student to better their performance.
