I have always been calm with my students. If a student does not understand the certain concept then I try to explain them multiple times without getting frustrated. In this situation, I focus on giving practical examples which makes easy for the student to understand. These can include a money transaction, borrowing and lending, using various physics laws etc. I can communicate in 3 different and I am proficient in all of them. I also believe every student have different strengths which make me adaptable with different students.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor should be strict about discipline but at the same time friendly and lenient understanding students problem. He should be available on phone all the time for his students during the exam period. Also, the tutor has to get some real-life problems and repeat the same basic concepts repeatedly so that the student memorises it for a long time.
