What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring, is not just being able to help a student understand a topic, but to enable that understanding to flourish into an enjoyment and interest in that topic. For me personally, I enjoy things once I can deeply understand something and that is something I'd like to be able to pass on to the students.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my stengths are in my ability to firstly understand what the student doesn't understand, finding the gaps or grey-areas in their knowledge that they may not even realise which allows more specific teaching into that area. Secondly I think I am good at presenting the same idea or topic in multiple ways to enable the student the best chance possible to understand the topic, with understanding a topic always being the most important outcome for me.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is focus on that student, listen to what they want and then create a personalised lesson just for them. The major difference between a class and a tutor is how the tutor is able to focus on the one student, and maximising this chance and truly listening to the student and helping them in their exact need I feel to be the most important aspect.
