What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy encouraging and working with the students to bring out the best in each and every student. Each student is unique and has different strengths and weaknesses, hence I enjoy helping students figure out the best learning strategy for them and the best teaching strategy for me as an educator.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths are:
Actively engage in organizing activities.
Collaborate effectively.
Commit to what I start.
Communicate well.
Enjoy working as a team member.
Have good sense of interpersonal skills.
Learn independently.
Organized.
Persevere as best I can in all things.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for their students is to educate them at the student's own speed. The teacher should encourage and bring the best out of the students, not compare to other students. It is not always about students competing with each other, but doing their best and improving daily.
