Being able to assist students overcome doubts about own abilities, seeing students improve on their performance and the resulting confidence it gives them. Variety of skill levels is also interesting - and being able to adopt strategies is also rewarding i.e. teaching fundamentals for beginners vs refining speed for advanced students.
