What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Being able to pass on my knowledge to help others achieve their goals is definitely one of the most satisfying feelings. Also teaching others also strengthens my own understanding of topics. It is for these reasons that I want to look into teaching once i graduate.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a lot of experience tutoring my peers in maths. I have a lot of patience with people (I will not get frustrated if the student does not understand the concept.) I believe that i can relate to the students and explain concepts in ways that are easy to understand.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is take a step back to understand what the student already knows and build on that knowledge at a pace that is comfortable with. Most students fall behind because they get stuck on a specific concept and the class does not wait for them before moving on. A tutor can provide a 1 on 1 learning experience for the student where they will be able to completely grasp each concept at their own pace.
