What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Even though I do not have prior tutoring experience, I for surely love helping other people with their mathematical (sometimes other school and non-school related) problems and hopefully in the end, have a positive influence on them too.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my strengths are: firstly, I am very passionate when it comes to mathematics and statistics. Furthermore, I love problem solving, not just with mathematics, but also with general matters. Moreover, I do enjoy a good challenge. Finally, I do have proficient communication skills.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
*Assist them in solving their mathematical problems with excellence.
*Also, to not always just give the answer straight away, but at times help guide them to the correct answer through giving them hints.
*Try help them develop an approach to mathematical problem solving (tutors will obviously not be sitting next to them in the exam) and on how to study this subject.
*Go the extra mile where possible.
*Having a positive influence on the student, by for example giving him/her some encouragement.
*Trying to make mathematics as fun as possible to learn.
