What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Imparting knowledge and solving problems gives me joy, also as I am an engineer, soliving problems is my profession. Also watching my students adapt to my techniques and devising their own based on those concepts gives me satisfaction and an indication that the student is grasping the concept well. Apart from all this, the most important aspect of tutoring is watching a struggling and worried student who has no hopes of passing a subject achieve good grades and understanding in the subject they once though to be impossible to get through. Gives them hope that nothing in life is impossible.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have always believed in teaching students in a practical way, using physical cues and examples to make them understand better. Being an engineer helped in this endeavour highly as I have a deep understanding of the physical objects around me. For example I can practically demonstrate the Pythagoras theorem to students for their understanding. Also I have been known to be an extremely patient person which would highly help me in dealing with recurring student doubts and questions. I can accommodate to various student needs as I understanding that everyone has a different grasping power.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Every student has different expectations from a tutor and thus the most important thing might vary from student to student. Some of them might just be looking for a pass in the subject whereas others might be looking for really good grades. For some grades wont even matter and they strive for understanding the subject thoroughly. I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is satisfy the student according to their requirements and not make the class a complete waste of time for the student. Lastly a tutor should be very flexible in their approach.
