Helping other people learn & grow is a gratifying feeling. Also, needing to think deeply about concepts and teach them requires you to develop an even greater understanding of those subjects which promotes self-development. I love seeing the 'Ahah!' moment when a student finally understands a concept thanks to my teaching, it really is a fulfilling experience and thus I truly put the maximum amount of effort to make my students grow academically and in confidence.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am personable and genuinely interested in students' understanding. I keep track of and follow up with students' progress. I genuinely seek to help students develop and discover their own approach, and not follow solely the teacher's or tutor's methodology. I also take every opportunity to identify mistakes and correct bad habits or lack of understanding.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Students all learn differently, in different ways, and at different times. A student may be a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic (movement) learner. Some are a combination of all three types of learning styles. I believe it is a tutor's job to cater their teaching style to each student, and provide them with a tailored learning experience that they wouldn't be able to get at school where teachers must have a general teaching approach.
