I enjoy working with children. In high school I volunteered in many children oriented clubs and participated in activities that involved interactions with children. I enjoy working with children and manage to build a good rapport with them so that the student feels more comfortable in the learning environment. I have prior tutoring experience, and being a student myself, I can relate to a student's learning process. I encourage my students to communicate to me what they are struggling with. Although I plan my lessons before-hand whenever possible, I understand that students have a short concentration span, so to avoid students from zoning out, I keep scope for flexibility in case I have to change the way I am explaining a certain concept.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think to be a successful tutor requires the tutor to be able to communicate with the student and build a rapport with them so that the student understands they are in a comfortable environment to learn in and they can share their weaknesses with their tutor.
