I enjoy that it is one on one, or with a relatively small group of students. This ensures that I can give more attention to each student as opposed to teaching in a big classroom. I believe as a tutor, it is important to teach the subject to the student in a way that is enjoyable while still delivering the knowledge across. It is important that the tutor is not simply feeding the student equations or tricks to achieve good marks, but that the tutor is helping the student understand the topic enough to be able to solve problems on their own. I am studying Education at University because it has always been a dream to be a teacher who brings passion into the classroom and motivates students to enjoy the subject.
