I enjoy the idea of people succeeding, as it allows to the give a perspective as students will be from my generation which helps with understanding for students as I can relate with them since I recently went through what they are going through right now. My strengths as a tutor are the strives of motivation and the never giving up attitude until a student exceeds expectations. I am willing to give extra hours beyond working hours to make sure they learn and understand the concept. As tutoring gives a more face to face approach, a tutor can do more than a teacher on some occasions for a student as they give more individual focus on each student's weakness and strengths. The most important thing I can do for a student is giving them the time, knowledge and hands-on approach others who cannot do that for them. Tutoring can accelerate students beyond their capabilities and push them ahead of school students.
