What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The only thing that i liked about tutoring was getting to know a lot of students who have so many varying skills and capabilities. Initially some students were facing difficulty in so many topics but after mentoring them necessarily and giving them proper guidance their progression were so positive that it would gave a pleasure knowing that my students did great in their exams. I enjoyed a lot seeing some students were so much creative and they would like to know more ways to solve the same problems. In conclusion, I would say it was an awesome experience tutoring them. Giving them motivational examples and supporting them despite of their difficulty in any subjects and giving them all support and possible helps effectively.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Being a tutor, it is really an important thing to maintain correct pace with the students. Not all student have same level of knowledge and capability. It is duty of us to maintain different level of teaching style so that student would not feel it hard while he/she is being taught. Adapting according to the student progression level. Fast typing is must if it is via online software. Effective communication and verbal skills are my strength. Handling all kind of situation in most efficient way. Using formal and creative language while talking with student parents and monitoring each student progression level correctly and updating their records to parents.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can to is building a good rapport with the student. Student should not feel as if he/she is in some unfamiliar zone. Tutor can be their second parents in monitoring them, student should feel as if they are feeling great to learn new things in easy way. Tutor should not give up in any situation in dealing with students. In fact it should be taken as a challenge to make that particular student able to gain higher results.
