I am very patient with children. Having a 14 year old brother has taught me a lot about patience and repeating the same things over and over until they finally get it. I can put myself in their shoes and understand why they are not able to get concepts. So i think apart from my knowledge, patience and empathy are my key strengths as a tutor.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Understanding the student has to be the most important thing a tutor can do. As a tutor, you need to know that the student might be scared to attempt that particular subject and face his/her weakness. Thus, you should make the student feel comfortable enough to communicate to you about his problems and be reassured that you will help him/her through it.
