What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
It is a thrilling experience to see people listen to you and understand what concepts you are trying to teach. When people overcome their hurdles just because of your help, it feels very gratifying- no matter how inconsequential that hurdle is.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am very patient with children. Having a 14 year old brother has taught me a lot about patience and repeating the same things over and over until they finally get it.
I can put myself in their shoes and understand why they are not able to get concepts.
So i think apart from my knowledge, patience and empathy are my key strengths as a tutor.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Understanding the student has to be the most important thing a tutor can do. As a tutor, you need to know that the student might be scared to attempt that particular subject and face his/her weakness.
Thus, you should make the student feel comfortable enough to communicate to you about his problems and be reassured that you will help him/her through it. They need to know that you have faith in them and you believe that they can do it.
