What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I find personal satisfaction in the achievements of my students. I love how tutoring offers that relationship to understand a person and help guide them in the right direction. I think my role as a tutor is an amazing opportunity to bring a source of encouragement and academic assistance to students. I enjoy watching my students learn and grow as it can be a very emotionally process for them.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my tutoring approach is very adaptable. I understand that every student is different and therefore has different needs and methods to address those needs. My ability to understand and relate to students and their problems is a key strength of mine. My understanding of the student's ability and learning process helps me to create a more personalized tutoring approach. This allows me to be more effective as their tutor.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think it's really important for a tutor to offer intrinsic motivation to a student. I find that alot of students are easily academically discouraged. I believe my role as a tutor is to provide them guidance and encouragement. However, I believe a tutor should always be realistic and honest with their student as it would be wrong to offer false encouragement. Motivation is such an important element to learning.
