What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The best part of tutoring for me is aiding others to find their passion and gain confidence in their own charge. It is very satisfying to witness someone who has been having difficulty in learning something, develop a high degree of understanding in it. Moreover, I appreciate the personalized interaction because it allows me to cater my method for every student's specific requirements and manner of learning. The essence of the work is not only to instruct but to change the atmosphere in which the student learns for a more stimulating environment that promotes further progress.

Being a tutor, I believe my strengths are being patient, adaptable, and communicative. I strive to know each student’s needs and learning style, and do my best to make them feel comfortable and engaged. I can also simplify difficult concepts into more manageable parts making them easier for students to understand. Further more, I motivate students to adopt a growth mindset, and to feel free to ask questions or make errors without show of negative attitude. This is to help them achieve sustained motivation and confidence in their learning path.
