What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Making a difference in young people’s lives is what drives me towards tutoring. Helping students who are might be struggling with certain topics or who want to excel in certain areas and helping them overcome barriers and achieve their goals. That is the most enjoyable part for me.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

My strengths as a tutor come from my previous customer service/scouting experience and relevant tertiary study. I have a relatable, fun personality as well as high knowledge of applied mathematics and science through my engineering degree. I am able to help students not by giving them the answer straight away but by calling on the knowledge they already have so they can answer it for themself.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is show them that learning can be fun! Inspiring passion for education through relating to them and encouraging them while providing the assistance they need using real world examples.
