What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the opportunity to share my knowledge and help others grow academically and personally. As a recent graduate, I can relate to the challenges students face and I enjoy finding creative ways to explain things in a way that clicks for them. It’s also great to build connections and encourage a positive attitude toward learning.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

My strengths as a tutor is that I have patience, persistence, flexibility and strong communication skills. I've done both leadership roles and volunteering (such as working in a primary school as an assistant) so I've developed skills to ensure students feel supported and more confident in concepts.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

The most important things a tutor can do for students is being able to adapt to their learning style to ensure they both understand the concept and feel valued of their needs. As well, creating a supportive, encouraging and comfortable atmosphere where students are able to make mistakes and learn from them rather than feeling discouraged on going further.
