I enjoy interactions with students and being a part of their learning journey. I also enjoy questions posed by students as they propel me to research and think out of the box. Watching students become more confident and competent to answer any questions is what makes tutoring a rewarding experience. Ensuring students are able to see a significant difference in their scores after tutoring is what makes this job a satisfying one

My core strength as a teacher is my strong knowledge base and clarity around the subject matter. My ability to simplify complex problems and educational materials to enable students to comprehend the subject matter is my forte. My strong interpersonal and communicational skills combined with ability to engage students in creative ways to resolve issues makes me a good tutor. I have strong clarity related to teaching objectives and outcomes expected. I am goal driven and am extremely patient while answering student queries.

The primary role of a teacher is to provide tools that encourage students to think independently. A teacher plays a pivotal role in preparing child to apply knowledge to resolve issues. A teacher can equip a child to understand his own strengths and weakness and how to work on them. A teacher should enable students to challenge themselves to achieve their potential. Ensuring correct learning methods, providing constructive feedback, encouraging self-learning and teaching students how to analyse pattern of questions asked and understanding marking criteria is of extreme importance.
