What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love being able to pass on my knowledge to others. Especially the ones that struggle and even the ones that excel. I personally believe it is one of the most rewarding jobs getting to nurture a student in their knowledge and watching them grow and excel beyond what they thought they were even capable of
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I went from a student that struggled to learn anything to a student that quickly excelled. I secured a 41 in English in year 12 after immense hard work and being a student that saw the struggles and the peaks, I know exactly how to motivate a student, I know what strategies to provide to help them learn and what to continue with when they are excelling as I was that student at some point. I find myself to be a patient person and one that is able to nurture a student to achieve their potential. I am also able to teach English, business studies and legal studies but was not able to click this.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think understanding your student is a big important factor. It is important a tutor is able to build a connection with their student, understand them and their methods of learning and support them by being a leader. Every step of the way when they lack confidence, when they are doing well, a tutor should be able to motivate and never allow a student to feel behind or discouraged.
