I believe I would most enjoy the opportunity to help students improve their skills at school and, consequentially, enhance their confidence and belief in themselves. I would be honoured to share my own knowledge to guide students towards achieving their personal best results. As a tutor, I think my greatest strength would be my communication skills, which would allow me to guide students towards improvement through kind yet constructive feedback. I also believe that my recent completion of the HSC in 2024 provides me with an extensive understanding of the standards, quality and content of work required in order to achieve success, which enables me to offer relevant advice to future HSC students. I think it is highly important that tutors communicate in a manner that is kind yet constructive and honest, which enables students to improve their work and achieve their best results. Through empathetic honesty, students feel empowered to improve, rather than ashamed or disappointed by their current skill level, which ultimately leads to greater results and student motivation.
