The most important things a tutor can do for students are to anticipate and adapt to any situation while remaining accessible at all times. During the stress of year 12, my tutor eased my worries by always answering my questions, even if it meant adjusting her plans or using her spare time to help. She was consistently supportive and available whenever I needed guidance, always happy to help and never pressured me to reach a certain expectation. This approach effectively improved my understanding and grade for the subject, increasing confidence and enabling me to achieve my academic goals.
