What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy the ability to be able to effectively communicate and breakdown, what appears to complex ideas, into much more simple concepts for students. Additionally, I enjoy the fact that tutoring is not only a way for students to learn but the tutors themselves as they learn new ways to teach.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Being a student that has been tutored for most of my life, I understand the difficulties of tutoring very well. I see this as a strength that I can bring to the table as I would be able to help those who struggle with their work at times. Moreover, my time being tutored has taught me some effective means of teaching as well as ineffective means. To add to this, most tutors cannot personally relate to those students who need more help, as typically you find tutors who use to be students who were already many steps ahead of others.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that a tutors ability to be able to improvise and adapt their teaching plan when needed, is crucial in helping out a student. Moreover, a tutor must be seen as someone to be respected, but also relatable, as these qualities help a student in connecting with their tutor and achieving better results with them.
