I enjoy using a particular strength I have to help others, rather than just myself. I believe everyone has the understanding within them, they might just need someone to guide them in unlocking that potential.

I believe that intelligence can only take you so far if you are not willing to sit with someone, rewording and redesigning your explanations until they can truly understand. I aim to connect with individual learning styles, in order to make the material accessible.

Tutors should always make students feel safe and comfortable. It's important to create an environment where they are not afraid to ask questions, as curiosity is a pathway for knowledge and will assist them in their learning experience. It is also important to create an environment where students don't feel shame for not understanding content. A tutor should be encouraging and supportive through understanding, allowing students to build their confidence and engage in the lessons.
