I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to build confidence, provide personalised support, and foster a love for learning. I believe as a I tutor I need to create a safe space for the student to able to overcome their anxieties and openly talk about their struggles in the subject. Furthermore, I believe the most important thing as a tutor is to create a friendship among the students to ease the stress from school and build their love towards learning.
