What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I have always enjoyed working with children and I love building relationships with them. One of the best parts about being a soccer coach and pre-service teacher is seeing the joy on a child's face when they learn a new skill or finally understand a concept. It is such a rewarding opportunity.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe that I can connect well with students and build those relationships, so they are willing to learn. A child is not going to want to learn in an environment where they don't feel supported. I have a lot of experience in making lessons during my pracs fun and engaging. While I was in school, I loved to learn and still do. I have a passion for both math and science, especially biology.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

It is so important for a tutor to know how a student learns. Some students don't work well with rote learning, so making activities that are fun and engaging is very important. Also, being aware that some students are more visual learners or kinetic learner, so being able to cater to that is extremely important.
