One of the greatest attributes a teacher must possess is patience. It is important for a teacher to first of all understand the skill level and mindset of each student. Every student is different. Some students are fast learners while others may need more time to learn. So as a teacher, it is very important to learn to cater your approach to fit the learning style of each student. In addition to this having a highly methodical mind enables one to plan effectively for the future.
