What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I find it rewarding when students are able to release their potential and build confidence in their own abilities. It is very rewarding when a student is really struggling with something and then starts to master it. I also feel that the one-on-one interaction allows me to tailor my approach to each student's unique needs, making certain that he or she fully understands the material in a way that best suits them.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths include being patient, flexible, and clearly communicating. I can explain complex ideas in an easily understandable manner and adjust my teaching techniques according to the preference a student may have in learning. I also make it a point that I provide a very non-threatening environment in which students can easily ask questions and state when they do not understand something.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Creating a supportive and positive learning atmosphere is the most important thing a tutor can do. It's crucial to improve the student's self-esteem and give them hope that they can achieve. Giving students individualized instruction and learning-style-appropriate tactics is also crucial since it fosters their independence and gives them the confidence and competence to tackle challenges.
