What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to connect with new students, understand their perspectives, and share the knowledge I have. Having interned at a school for 6 months and spent another 6 months home tutoring, I’ve learned how sensitive students can be. This experience has taught me the importance of being patient, empathetic, and adaptive as a tutor to ensure that students feel comfortable and engaged in their learning journey. I find great fulfillment in guiding them through new concepts and helping them build confidence in their abilities.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

1) Language-I think language is one strength that would differentiate me from other students. I am proficient in English, Japanese(N5 and N4),Hindi,Telugu,Kannada and I am also learning Spanish. 2)Patience-I got a lot of appreciation from parents saying that i can deal with any number of students and they have seen me in person as well when I used to tutor . 3)Communication skills 4)Good listening skills 5)Simplifying complex tasks 6)Use more visual aids as this would be of a more impact than studying to students.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

1)As a tutor it is very important to understand student's personal needs and cater studies according to that. Get to know them, take few counselling sessions as that would help in getting to know students in a broader way. 2)Be Creative-It is very important for a tutor to be creative. Explaining the same topic in different ways makes a lot of difference. It helps in grasping things very Fastly. 3)Prepare good materials-Good materials are very important for a student .Quality is better than Quantity. 4)Create a positive learning environment to students. 5)Encourage students.
