1.Most important things for a tutor - student is companionship. 2.Tutor must understand the level and style of student and try to guide him accordingly. 3. A tutor should encourage the student to think out of the box and try to invent new ways to solve a problem. 4.To create curiosity among students about the subject and its applications in the outside world, to give him a better perspective of the problem asked. 5.Tutor has be honest in feedback but also with a right approach to provide feedback. It should be in a way that student take it constructively and start asking for more feedbacks.
