What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
It is a rewarding experience knowing that what I have learned and the skills I have built up have helped another student who may be struggling and needs the extra help. It is very rewarding seeing my student succeed after I have tried to help them as best I could.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Building rapport with the students and making them feel like their problems are valid, and that no problem is too tough for them to overcome no matter how lost they may think they are. Also, breaking potentially complex concepts that I understand down into their constituent parts and reconnecting them back together in a manner that I believe makes them easiest for my student to understand.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think listening to them to make sure their needs are known and understood by all parties involved. This helps create a supportive atmosphere that can hopefully allow the student to reach their potential. Making it a fun and rewarding experience for both parties is also important, as this can show a student how good the experience can be, potentially improving their mindset about learning or their confidence within themselves.
