What I enjoy most about teaching is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on my students' lives. I feel accomplished when I help students understand the meaning behind why things are the way they are. The process of breaking down challenging topics into understandable pieces, and then watching my students build confidence and skills, is incredibly rewarding. The most important thing for a teacher is to identify that each student is different. Every student has different strengths and weaknesses and a tutor should be able to identify them and provide personalised help, with extreme empathy and patience and not neglect the student in any way.
