I think it is very rewarding to see students progress over time and be able to guide them and offer help while they are trying to navigate the path to the solution on their own.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a current university student, I can relate to the hardships of understanding content or deciphering the problems given, trying to find a step by step method that you can apply. I believe that each student has their own comprehension methods and by personalising my teaching approach to each student it can better allow them to engage with the content and not be afraid to ask questions. When something is unclear to them, I make sure that I first understand what their gap in knowledge is, and what aspects of the theory they are missing before helping them solve the question.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think tutors serve the role of mediators between the content and the student. When students encounter obstacles in going through the material, it is best to allow them to identify which specific area they need help, and focus on providing the right information, without giving them the straight answer, but rather helping them build their own rationalising and solving algorithm.Subjects Tutored 🎓
